Everybody is real nice and helpfully. At reception you can get any information very clearcly. Perfect!
Waiter 'Victor' at launch room is very annoying. He doesnt care what you saying, he we will do his own way. Dont event say 'Hello' as everybody else

A well run hotel. Food of excellent quality. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate with tea and coffe facilities, safe,tele,and small fridge. Indoor pool warm and clean. Seven lifts scattered around hotel.A small smoking area inside was helpful for cold days. Any problems dealt with very quickly. Not far to the bus station for buses around the island. I am looking forward to my next visit but will make it longer than a week.
The few steps to get to reception and one of the bars,although ramps everywhere else.
